I came to NYC in September after living all my life in Arizona. I was definitely lost, in culture shock and feeling quite alone. All that changed when I walked into City View. Everyone was quick to welcome me and learn my name. I even got a hug and kiss or two!
When I was overwhelmed with finding a local doctor, Harry came to the rescue with excellent recommendations. It was a great relief.
Over Thanksgiving my 88 year old mother came to visit NYC. What a challenge! I called Nick to ask about renting a wheelchair and the next thing I knew, he was loaning me one, just like a neighbor would do. I never would have gotten my Mom to the parade, a Broadway show, dinner, Times Square and the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall without that wheelchair. I guarantee my local "chain store" in Arizona would not have graciously loaned me a wheelchair or offered any other assistance for my Mom.
